    Sales Support Specialist

    We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to collaborate with account and project teams, supporting outreach, proposals, campaigns, and daily business operations.

    We want to hire you, if: 

    • You come from a sales, sales support, or public relations background
    • You know how to research and identify prospects, prepare outreach messages, and support structured communication with potential clients
    • You are comfortable with tech and ideally have some experience in the IT world
    • You are a quick thinker with clear communication skills, acting as the link between our Account and Project Managers to keep everything running smoothly
    • You can assist with proposals, case studies, presentations, and campaign materials
    • You have worked with public tenders and search tools before — that’s a big advantage
    • You are familiar with Figma or similar design tools
    • You are excited about getting involved in social media, digital advertising, and connecting with people at industry events and meetups
    • You speak and write fluently in English and Latvian
    • You are ready to join our team on-site in Riga

    Salary: €1500 - 2000

    How do we choose a project for each candidate?The management team chooses relevant projects for candidates, this is dependent on business requirements and needs at the time as well as the tools and technology experience each candidate has.Are there growth opportunities?Yes, we have a bi-annual growth and motivation system as well we have TDL School where our experienced engineers teach courses on many different testing and development-related subjects and levels.Is there an opportunity to work from different locations?Yes, in general, it is possible to work from different locations and remotely. For anyone with less than one year of experience in the industry, we require to work from an office. Separately we have Audio/Video testing engineers who require access to specific setups and therefore will be bound to an office location that has an A/V setup.What equipment will be provided to me?We will provide all the necessary tech equipment you will need for work purposes, starting with a laptop as well as all devices needed for testing purposes.
