Higher education and career paths
We firmly believe that higher education is essential and support high school graduates looking to further their education. In fact, most of our employees have a bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field, including Information Technology, Information Systems Management, and Computer Science and Engineering.
However, there are other pathways students can take to kick-start their career in IT. Students can enroll in specialized courses that provide knowledge and skills in specific areas, like software testing, web development, and programming languages.

The internship lasts three months and is successfully completed once getting good feedback from your team and obtain the ISTQB certificate.
The internship is a full-time paid job opportunity.
No, we require interns to work from the office as the internship is an intense learning process, and we find it more beneficial to access all the help and mentorship you will need on-site.
We offer internship-level positions in the countries we have legal establishments in - currently Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, North Macedonia, and Spain.
We will provide all the necessary tech equipment you will need for work purposes, starting with a laptop as well as all devices needed for testing purposes.
