The management team chooses relevant projects for candidates based on business requirements and needs at the time as well as candidates’ experience with certain tools and technologies.
Yes, we have formal performance reviews twice a year. Additionally, in cooperation with TDL School, we offer specialized courses for different seniority levels related to software testing and development, which are taught by our experienced engineers.
Yes, in general, it is possible to work from different locations and remotely. However, anyone with less than 1 year of experience in the industry is required to work from an office. Also, we have audio/video testing engineers who require access to specific setups and therefore will be bound to an office location that has an A/V setup.
