We want to hire you, if: 

  • You have 7+ years of experience in account management or client success within IT or IT services, including 3+ years in a leadership role
  • You’ve managed enterprise or strategic accounts in software, QA, or tech, and understand the dynamics of complex technical clients
  • You have strong experience building or formalising account management processes, and can establish a scalable structure in an environment where responsibilities are currently shared across roles
  • You excel at leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams, bringing clarity, ownership, and best practices
  • You have a proven track record in client retention, upsell/cross-sell, and long-term relationship growth
  • You collaborate effectively with sales, delivery, and technical leaders to ensure alignment on client goals
  • You are analytical, data-driven, and confident reporting on client health, risks, and revenue forecasts
  • You are proactive, driven, and able to take initiative in shaping and growing a new function
  • You have excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, and are fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • You are based in Riga or Vilnius

Salary: €4000 - 7000

How do we choose a project for each candidate?The management team chooses relevant projects for candidates, this is dependent on business requirements and needs at the time as well as the tools and technology experience each candidate has.Are there growth opportunities?Yes, we have a bi-annual growth and motivation system as well we have TDL School where our experienced engineers teach courses on many different testing and development-related subjects and levels.Is there an opportunity to work from different locations?Yes, in general, it is possible to work from different locations and remotely. For anyone with less than one year of experience in the industry, we require to work from an office. Separately we have Audio/Video testing engineers who require access to specific setups and therefore will be bound to an office location that has an A/V setup.What equipment will be provided to me?We will provide all the necessary tech equipment you will need for work purposes, starting with a laptop as well as all devices needed for testing purposes.
