Business Development Representative

We are looking for a Business Development Representative to drive new B2B opportunities, manage the full sales cycle, build client relationships, and grow our IT services business.

We want to hire you, if: 

  • Have 3+ years of B2B business development, sales, or account management experience within IT or IT services
  • Have experience managing long sales cycles and know how to build trust, maintain momentum, and guide opportunities through to a signed agreement
  • Are skilled at identifying new business opportunities, qualifying prospects, and building lasting relationships with decision-makers
  • Can grow existing client accounts by understanding their business needs and identifying new opportunities for collaboration
  • Are confident navigating complex organizations and engaging multiple stakeholders throughout the sales process
  • Have experience preparing proposals, pitches, and presentations for enterprise or technical clients, feel comfortable  representing the company at conferences, industry events, and client meetings
  • Collaborate effectively with technical, delivery, marketing, and leadership teams to develop solutions that create value for clients
  • Are proactive, results-driven, and comfortable managing multiple opportunities independently, and fluent in English
  • Can work from our Riga office

Salary: €2500 - 4500

How do we choose a project for each candidate?The management team chooses relevant projects for candidates, this is dependent on business requirements and needs at the time as well as the tools and technology experience each candidate has.Are there growth opportunities?Yes, we have a bi-annual growth and motivation system as well we have TDL School where our experienced engineers teach courses on many different testing and development-related subjects and levels.Is there an opportunity to work from different locations?Yes, in general, it is possible to work from different locations and remotely. For anyone with less than one year of experience in the industry, we require to work from an office. Separately we have Audio/Video testing engineers who require access to specific setups and therefore will be bound to an office location that has an A/V setup.What equipment will be provided to me?We will provide all the necessary tech equipment you will need for work purposes, starting with a laptop as well as all devices needed for testing purposes.
